On August 12, 2026, we welcomed back Kate Hardesty, Program Administrator, University of Rhode Island Cooperative Extension who shared her expertise on the topic of keystone plants for coastal gardens. We learned about trees, shrubs and flowers that are essential to the native ecosystem along the Rhode Island coastline.
