- Zero Energy Ready Home – For building a new house or doing a retrofit to improve, check out the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home program. Note all Zero Energy Ready Homes must meet all Energy Star program requirements.
- Indoor airPLUS – All Zero Energy Ready Homes must meet requirements for clean indoor air as outlined in the EPA’s Indoor airPLUS program. Read more on how to improve indoor air quality when building a new home or renovating.
